Host A Drive or Collection – Collect items that are needed at the orphanages including holiday gifts, blankets, school supplies, shoes, toiletries, baby essentials or foods. Check out our Current Needs List

Shoe Box Project – Stuff shoeboxes with toiletry items and small gifts for the kids.

Pajama Jam – Host a movie night or party with guests coming in their pjs. Encourage them to bring a pair of new pajamas for the kids at the orphanage.

“Donate Your Birthday” – Yes, turn your birthday event into a “Party With A Purpose” and have guests bring something for the kids, rather than birthday gifts.

Coordinate A Bake Sale – With proceeds to benefit an orphanage program.

Donate Ticket Proceeds From An Event – Talent Show, Recital, A Sporting Event, Walk-A-Thon/Read-A-Thon proceeds can go a long way to helping fund a project at an orphanage.

Recycle – Collect recyclables and donate the money earned.

Senior Project – Many high schools require students to do some sort of hands-on community based project. Likewise, colleges also favor applicants who demonstrate leadership and service. Why not spearhead a project at an orphanage and show them the impact you make.

Snack Sacks – Grab a group of friends and have everyone bring school snacks. Have the team stuff the snacks and water bottles into brown paper sacks for the kids at the orphanage to take to school. They often don’t have the resources to have a full sack lunch, so these bags filled with healthy snacks go a long way.
