Our Leadership Team
Angels 2 Angels is the charity outreach under the Castro Halverson Foundation. All administrative expenses are funded by the foundation’s trust. We are governed by a Board of Directors, and led by a non-salaried management team, with guidance and leadership from an Advisory Council and an Ambassador team.
Angels 2 Angels is co-founded and managed by Leticia Castro de Halverson and Dawn Gallagher-Stapleford. Together, they bring 25+ years of non-profit experience to A2A, serving in a variety of volunteer, staff, committee member, and Board Director roles, for local, regional, national and international charitable organizations.
Dawn also brings over 20 years of marketing and event planning experience to the table. She has been a corporate Marketing Director and Consultant for several broadcast, media, and special event and entertainment based companies. While, Leticia has vast professional experience in law, as well as a Masters degree in computer science and electrical engineering.
Combined, the team has the business experience and leadership skills to propel an innovative and efficient non-profit organization. But equally important, Leticia and Dawn both have undeniable passion, hearts, and a calling to serve children in need.
